FittingPros golf club fitting scheduling software is built around how fittings actually work. Most scheduling tools were built for generic appointments. Here, each fitting type has the right length, bays don't double-book, and a short questionnaire tells you about the golfer before they walk in.
How it works
From “I need a fitting” to a booked bay in three steps, with no phone tag in between.
Step 1
A golfer picks a time.
They choose the fitting, see your open days, and request a time. It's held for them, so nobody else can grab it while you decide.
Step 2
You tap Confirm.
The request lands in your inbox, and by text if you turn on alerts. One tap from your phone and it's booked.
Step 3
They show up ready.
They get a calendar invite, a reminder the day before, and a short questionnaire, so you know their game before they walk in.
Set up from the profile you already have
Your FittingPros profile already knows your shop. Your hours, fittings, costs, number of bays, and golf club brands carried come over to your schedule, so it's ready in minutes. If changes are needed, you have full control.

Fitting cards that answer the first questions.
Each fitting shows how long it takes and what it costs, shown how you want: hidden, free, an exact amount, or “From $150.” Add a “credited toward your purchase” line if the fee comes off their clubs.
A calendar where only open days can be clicked.
Golfers never pick a day you're closed or full. They see the times that fit, in your time zone.
A short form.
Name, email, phone, and which hand they swing with. That's it.
A pre-fitting questionnaire.
After the request, golfers can tell you what they play now, their handicap, swing speed, what they want to fix, and their budget. Add two questions of your own. They can skip it, and you'll see whatever they fill in.
Emails at every step.
Request received, confirmed, a reminder the day before, and a link to move or cancel without calling you.

Why not a general scheduling app?
General scheduling apps are good at what they do. They just weren't made for club fitters, so you end up building the fitting part yourself. Here's what's different.
Fitting types and bays are set up from the start, not built from scratch.
The questionnaire asks about clubs, handicap, and swing speed, not generic intake questions.
Your booking page also lives on a golf fitting directory where golfers are already comparing fitters.
You're a fitter, not a software admin. Setup takes minutes, and you can preview before you go live.
Already use another booking tool? You can keep it. Add its link to your FittingPros profile, and your Book Online button will send golfers there.

Golf club fitting scheduling software FAQ
The questions fitters ask before they turn on scheduling.
Questions? Contact usIs this instant booking?
No, on purpose. Golfers request a time and it's held for them while you decide. Nothing is booked until you confirm, so you never get surprised by a fitting you can't take. You choose how long you have to answer, and the golfer is told when to expect it.
Can golfers book from my own website and Instagram?
Yes. You get a direct booking link for your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, Facebook, or a text, a Book a Fitting button for any website, and a pop-up booking window. Golfers who book from your website or social see your shop's name and look, with no other fitters listed.
Does it work with more than one bay or fitter?
Yes. Add each bay, with a fitter's name if you like, and choose which fittings each bay can do. Times never double-book, and the setup time you set between fittings is kept clear. Each request goes to the first free bay, and you can change it when you confirm.
Will bookings show up in my Google or Apple calendar?
Yes, as a one-way calendar feed. Subscribe once from Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar and your FittingPros bookings show up there, with requests you haven't answered marked Pending. It doesn't read your calendar, so two-way sync isn't available yet. Block off time on your Appointments page for anything booked somewhere else.
Can golfers pay online or leave a deposit?
Not yet. Online booking handles requests, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling. You can show what each fitting costs, but payment happens at your shop like it does today.
Do golfers get text messages?
No. Golfers get every update by email: the request, the confirmation with a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before. You can get a text for each new request if you turn on text alerts.
What if I already use another booking tool?
Keep it. Link your FittingPros profile to your own booking system and the Book Online button sends golfers there. You can switch to FittingPros online booking, or back to the request form, whenever you want.
Can I schedule lessons or simulator time with it?
It's built for fittings. Lessons, sim rentals, and anything else go on your calendar with Block off time, so golfers can't request a fitting over them. If you need lesson packages or hourly bay rentals, keep the tool you use for those and use FittingPros for fittings.
Is fitting scheduling available on free listings?
No, fitting scheduling is part of Tour membership. Free listings keep the Request a Fitting form, and we forward those requests within 2 business days.
How long does setup take?
A few minutes for most fitters. Confirm your time zone, set your hours, and add your fittings from the ready-made list. Bays, questions, and booking page text are optional, and you can preview your booking page before you turn it on.
