SAM PuttLab
SAM PuttLab is an ultrasound-based putting analysis system that measures the movement of the putter throughout the stroke.
It tracks over 70 parameters, including face angle, path, loft, lie, rotation, tempo, and impact consistency. Because it uses precise ultrasonic sensors, the system captures extremely detailed information about how the putter moves before, during, and after impact.
Fitters and coaches use SAM PuttLab to understand a golfer’s natural putting tendencies and pinpoint what leads to missed putts. The data shows whether the player aims accurately, how they deliver the face, and how consistent their stroke is from putt to putt. With this information, the fitter can match the golfer to a putter head shape, hosel type, loft, lie angle, and grip that complement their stroke.
It’s one of the most trusted tools for building a putter setup that improves accuracy, roll, and confidence on the greens.
