Quintic Ball Roll
Quintic Ball Roll is a high-speed camera and software system designed to measure how the golf ball behaves immediately after it leaves the putter face.
It captures thousands of frames per second to track launch angle, skid, spin, face angle, and how quickly the ball transitions into true forward roll. Because putting performance is heavily influenced by these first few inches, Quintic provides extremely precise insight into what the ball is actually doing at impact.
Fitters and putting coaches use Quintic to diagnose issues with loft, face alignment, strike location, and stroke consistency. The system shows whether the ball is bouncing, skidding too long, or starting off line. With this data, the fitter can adjust loft, lie, head style, grip, or even recommend technique changes. The end result is a putter setup that helps the golfer start the ball on line with a smoother, more predictable roll.
